Photo report taken at the Coulaine estate in Beaumont-en-Véron located near Chinon in Indre et Loire, Touraine.

This is a very old family estate, as the production of Chinon wines has been documented here since 1470! I was able to taste the Bonnaventure vintage and I highly recommend it.

Jean and Tatiana de Bonnaventure, young winemakers, have taken up the torch from their ancestors with great enthusiasm. I loved photographing them, the grounds, and their team in the chilly -4°C weather at the end of winter 2023.
